Product Description

The Hytera 795Ex is an ATEX-approved handheld digital radio, suitable for workers in potentially hazardous environments containing explosive gases, combustible dust or mining vapours. The radio's ATEX approval meets Ex ib IIC T4 (Ex ib D21 T4 IP6X) standards.

The PD795Ex has a market-leading, robust design with a full keypad and high resolution, LCD display. It's packed with enhanced features, some of which are listed below, including integral GPS. This means that the PD795Ex can send location data to a dispatcher system and use geo-fencing, radio localisation and GPS tracking to improve worker safety.

Other standard safety features built into the DP795Ex include Lone Worker, Man Down and Emergency Mode.

As expected with a digital radio built for use in harsh conditions, the PD795Ex is also completely dustproof and waterproof to an IP67 rating, meaning it can withstand a water depth of one meter for at least 30 minutes. 

Up to 1024 channels enables sufficient channel capacity and configuration options for almost any situation, as well as built-in voice call function and text messaging. 

If you don't need the LCD display and keypad, you might be interested in purchasing the slightly lower-priced Hytera 715Ex, which has many similar features.
