1.Items may be returned If:
(a) the Goods delivered are not what you ordered, or do not correspond with their description;
(b) the Goods delivered are not of a satisfactory quality; or
(c) the Goods delivered are not fit for the purpose for which Goods of that kind are commonly supplied,
RadioTrader will, at its option, deliver to you replacement Goods or refund to you the price paid and your reasonable costs of returning the Goods. Please include a receipt for the postage charges in the parcel returning the Goods and we will refund the postage to you.
2. If you are returning the Goods because they are damaged or faulty then please include a written explanation of the fault or damage.
3.If you return the Goods to us:
(a) for a reason specified in clause 1 (above), we will examine the returned Product and we may also send the returned Goods to our supplier for examination. If our supplier accepts that the Goods are faulty or defective we will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of the defective Goods in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
4. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
