Answer: Hello Joe, These radios are brand new. They come in a Motorola zipped up carry bag. The difference between the Motorola T80 an T82 range is the T82 is the next generation of Motorola Talk about. The new model offers a slim design, hidden display and simple pairing with other TLKR T82 radios. The T82 is a replacement of the T80. With the T80 model being out over a longer time its built up a good reputation and review base. Thanks Lewis
