The IC-F1100D/IC-F2100D is ideal for anyone looking for an entry-level, easy-to-use two-way radio with a good battery life. Its IP67 rating makes it rugged enough to withstand rough, wet or dusty environments, but Icom have packaged that into a slim, lightweight profile. The Icom IC-F1100D/IC-F2100 is easy to use, suitable for beginners and more experienced users alike, but it's by no means basic when it comes to Icom's reknowned speaker and acoustic performance.
Useful emergency features such as Man Down and Lone Worker extend the radio's functionality to help teams work more safely.
Icom has produced the IC-F1100D/IC-F2100D in three versions in both UHF and VHF:
