The Kenwood KCT-18M Ignition Sense Cable is a genuine Kenwood accessory designed to enable ignition-controlled operation of compatible Kenwood mobile two-way radios. Connecting the radio to the vehicle's ignition system, the cable allows the radio to automatically power on or off in response to the ignition, depending on the radio's configuration. Ideal for fleet vehicles, transport operations, construction machinery and commercial vehicle installations, the KCT-18M provides a practical solution for managing radio power and helping prevent unnecessary battery drain. Installation requires the Kenwood KCT-60M connection cable, which is sold separately.
